Planning an event?
Why not host your event at the convergence of history, culture, and art in the Elm City? Our space boasts engaging exhibits, good music, and eye candy in every direction. It’s the perfect place to celebrate.
We work with a list of preferred caterers who are familiar with the space and our policies. Outside caterers may be considered upon approval.
Event furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.) are available and can be included based on your setup needs.
Basic AV (microphones, projection, and sound) is available for an additional fee.
Use of the house speaker system is included for background music (accommodates Pandora and Spotify playlists).
A deposit is required to secure your date. Dates are not held without a signed agreement and deposit.
All events require a Certificate of Insurance (COI), and all vendors must meet our insurance requirements prior to the event. Lost in New Haven must be listed as additionally insured.
Lost in New Haven does not provide linens, glassware, cutlery, china, paper goods, food service utensils, chafing dishes, or Sternos. All such items must be provided by the renter or their caterer.
Events take place within our active gallery space and should be designed to work within the existing layout, exhibits, and overall museum environment.
For Friday evening and Saturday evening events, a %15 increase in the rental fee will be automatically applied.
